Brenda Thomas, from Budleigh Salterton, creates colourful textile pictures. She is inspired by her walks with Murphy the dog, who can often be spotted in her work. The pictures are built up using scraps of fabric, many recycled, secured with detailed stitching.

Brenda has lived in Devon for most of her life and had a long career in social work before discovering her playful, naive style of work. Her original textile pieces have been exhibited around the country and several have won national awards. The Giclee Prints sold by Seaglass capture all the detail of the originals and are presented ready for framing.
