The cost of return must be paid by yourself unless the item was received damaged or faulty, in which case we will pay the cost.
Any loss of or damage to the goods during the return will be your responsibility so we suggest you obtain a proof of posting if using the Post Office. Payment will be refunded within 5 days of receipt at the gallery. Please send the items in their original packaging and unused with your contact details.
If your item is received damaged you must sign for it as received damaged on the courier’s screen. Without this we cannot claim for compensation. You must also notify us at the Seaglass Gallery on receipt in the unlikely event that your item is damaged or broken. We will endeavour to get you a replacement or a choice of substitutes or refund.
