Sarah Litton
Sarah Litton's work is chiefly in oil and occasionally in mixed media or watercolour and reflects her love of still life and the effect of light on objects and landscapes. After completing ‘A’ Levels including Art and History of Art, she went on to study Television/Media make-up and Beauty Therapy at The London College of Fashion. Here she was able to explore a love of form and colour and had the
opportunity to work in different media. Evening classes in watercolour were fitted in around a busy career and children but it was not until taking early retirement from lecturing in 2015 that she first dabbled with oil paint under the instruction of a Buckinghamshire/Devon based tutor.Sarah’s work has been shown successfully during Bucks Art Weeks and has been exhibited and sold through The Artists Support Pledge. She has also undertaken and sold several commissioned works.
