Exciting First Steps in Acrylics with Nic George

​Local artist and art educator Nic George will be running this workshop aimed at those who are new to using acrylic paint or those who want to develop their approach with acrylics further. Nic will lead a three hour session that will explore the relationship between drawing and painting, help you delve into the local environment for inspiration and help you develop your understanding of painting with acrylics. The overall aim of the course is to really help and support your confidence with the media and open up your mind to different approaches while using established works to also inspire you. Nic has many years of experience within education and teaching and his enthusiastic, thoughtful approach has been an inspiration.
