Guest Artist - Gillian Burbidge

Gill is a contemporary impressionist floral and still life oil painter working in East Devon. Her
work hangs in private and public collections, including Australia, Art UK , Royal Devon and
Exeter Hospital and The Cornwall College Group
Painting underpinned an FE teaching career in drawing, art, design and as Lead Tutor, Fibre
Craft for 15 years.
Training: 'A' Level Art and Design, BA, Australian Art History, and Fine Art University of
Plymouth.
Continuing professional development with: London Fine Art Studios, Newlyn School of Art,
Winslow Art Center, Will Kemp Art School.
Gill enjoys teaching and specialises in oil, and also mixed media.
